PSiRA is a free business application developed by PSiRA Online Services. It is the official mobile application for the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority, the governing body for all personal security services in South Africa. It serves as a platform on which providers and customers can interact and conduct business.

If you're a security provider, you can utilize the official PSiRA app to offer your services to private and public individuals or groups through a booking system. On the other hand, if you're a client, you can verify the legitimacy of the service providers you're contracting to work for you.
Other conveniences offered through the app include helping you locate PSiRA branches near you, booking appointments online, and renewing your certificate to continue working as a security officer. It does suffer from the occasional crashes, though, and customer service is unresponsive.
